'Recycle’--Keep America beautiful ad campaign…

Punch line: “give your garbage another life.”

Under the wrap of time numerous mix of bittersweet event gets uncoiled in an average human life or say life-cycle. Well within the grip of this roller-coaster ride we keep battling to lay down and sustain our very own everyday cycle. While in this gung-ho to become the top cyclist we have ended up performing countless duties and try to rationalize it with a bizarre term ‘development’. Our mother nature for long has been a silent receiver of such developmental pains but any phenomena eventually leans to come to a full circle and hence we see that getting reciprocated through global warming and its cascading effects.

One such byproduct of this unending ruthless human acts is a detrimental element named plastic which poses a big threat to our environment. Seeing it through figures published by one scientific journal, 2,50,000 metric tons of plastic waste is being dumped in to the ocean every year. Another eye-opening fact is that it takes up to 500 years to decompose plastic items in landfills. These facts are more than sufficient to pinpoint the alarming need for recycling plastic waste which though cannot entirely fill it up for the rapid & acute environmental consequences we face but can surly help a bit in deescalate & hold back the process.

Coming to the Ad campaign here that is purposed to establish general awareness in public for recycling the used plastic bottles in America.Narrated by a plain plot that’s even simpler if viewed by substituting a worn-out plastic bottle with a person who’s quite over the hill after wading through pile of events in course of years & decades and now longing for that big journey over again to earn the lost dignity. The story-telling and locations in parts does grab our attention.

Punch line:- “ Dosti Jo Rang laaye" What a name to have for a tea brand in the first place. Though a big concern here may be a banal plot to elaborate it which seems like a long and overly predictable movie sequence presented mushily. It sets a perfect jovial tone just at the onset of the commercial with a little bantering to the “ to be groom” from his picture perfect family. But from there on it switches itself to a soap-opera that runs all throughout the 7 min of commercial voicing an initial apprehension of a girl seemingly coming from a contemporary urban background for a jumbo size joint family of her to be fiance  that fizzles out eventually thanks to the sweet friendly reception shown by the guy’s family. Though this ad strikes the right chord with the audience by tea & friendship bond which surely has an overwhelming acceptance across the globe but collapsing while bringing it up with a touch of compelling surprise element as each succeeding sequenc...

Vodafone zoo zoo commercials

Advertisement Review- Alpenlebe frooters

Punch line:- chatpata khol… chatpata bol … How do we realize the racy, zingy test of a confectionery just by watching someone popping it on our big 40 inch TV or a trendy laptop screen?… sounds frustrating… right? Well this Alpenlebe frooters ad here will surely pump you up to fall for it in a rather distinctly funny way…. But with a word of caution for not succumbing to this delicacy and to allow that suppressed ‘satyawadi’ in you to utter out some disastrous truth loud and upfront. The old lady in the ad is so carried away by the chatpata taste of alpenlebe frooters that she doesn’t even think twice to come up with that sharp harsh reality that rips apart the boy who is getting lambasted by his father for scoring 43% marks in the exam. The reaction aftermath of this grand disclosure is also note worthily presented. Click below to find out how it occurs.
